Webpage Copywriting

Website copy for a lovely little boutique advertising agency called Logan Advertising Group. Below is the rationale behind the words (click on images to enlarge).

Logan Homepage Banner:

Logan Ad Group specializes in direct response advertising and marketing campaigns. For brevity sake, I created their tagline as a four-word statement: We Are Direct Marketing.  If visitors are ready to move forward, the CTA button GET STARTED takes them to the Hire Us / Contact page.

Logan Homepage Text:

Hopefully, visitors are looking for direct marketing services and scroll down to learn more. I usually suggest three images, centered CTA buttons and to be consistent with capitalizing (or not) of CTA words.

Logan About-Us Page Banner:

“Small Team. Big Results” drives home that Logan is a boutique agency.

Logan About-Us Page Text:

“Not the biggest, and we like it this way” is meant to point out that Logan remains a small, boutique agency intentionally. The two short paragraphs that follow expand on their mission.

Logan Approach Page Banner:

Logan is a direct-marketing agency, so it’s stated as clearly as possible.

Logan Approach Page Text:

The headline breaks down Logan’s approach to three actions that are expanded on through short, two-sentence paragraphs. There is a fourth aspect of the approach – Optimize. We felt it broke the flow in the headline.

NuORDER (B2B eCommerce) About Us Page:

It’s difficult to explain what a B2B eCommerce platform is. The most-heard complaint about NuORDER’s website had been that visitors didn’t know what it is that NuORDER does. I suggested creating an About Us page and to make it as clear as possible with panels stating Who We Are, What We Do, Why We Do It and a Manifesto serving as the company’s mission statement. Adding in a quote from a legitimate publication is a nice touch as well.

DealerSocket What We Do Page:

I feel it’s important to keep column text on the same number of lines. I was able to keep the character count of each column within a difference of five.
